New Year's Resolution

So there's that... Sorry I haven't posted in awhile, but MY HUSBAND IS HOME!! Yeah! Chris got home on New Year's Eve a little before noon. We have had a blast. We celebrated our Anniversary on NYE with fabulous beef tenderloin (yeah!! Still so excited it turned out!!), and then headed to a squadron toga party - good times. Spent the night in Tumon Bay, spent New Year's Day at the pool and then at home with our friends the Pikes. Jolene brought a Chinese board game (Mahjong) and we played that and rockband until 2 in the morning. Too fun! On the 2nd, we celebrated Christmas and went down to Bamboo Willies, the beach bar on base, where we saw a pack of wild pigs, and then almost hit a dear. Guam never ceases to amaze me. We spent yesterday hiking to Pagat Cave with a group of friends, which is an underground, underwater cave... it was something straight out of Goonies, but well worth it. Last night we had dinner with friends downtown, and not sure what we're doing today. We had big plans for the beach which were foiled with the torrential downpour... That about sums it up!! Here are some pictures from the last few days, but will post many more later... heading out for lunch.
